Approach road is very bad of 5 kms . It is not exactly in Mukteshwar as being claimed in website . Internet does not work . Food is very expensive and taste is not good . Not value for money
Property is very off located with nothing much to do. Food was good and tasty but again not matching the price they kept. Its better to stay somewhere else where you get more facilities and better price
There is really nothing negative to say about the resort. But it fails to live upto the expectation of a five star which it claims to be. Definitely not value for money. Average three star facilities only should be expected. However the food is good ,rooms are comfortable and clean and staff is cooperative. I feel one can get equally good or better stays in Mukteshwar at more reasonable rates.
