The food was really good and room service was prompt and efficient. But what truly made the experience special was the staff(zahoor)and the chef(mushtaq) ’ they were incredibly warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Their hospitality added a personal touch that made the whole stay memorable. Highly recommended

Wonderful ExperienceExcellent hotel with warm hospitality and beautiful Kashmiri artifacts. The food was delicious and satisfying.Special thanks to Altaf Bhaijaan for his amazing service, and to Zahoor Bhaijaan in the dining hall’so caring and kind. Zahoor Bhaijaan took special care for each of us. I'm highly gluten intolerant, he served food very cautiously accordingly. Because of him I had no tension about my food allergies. His 'tameez' and 'tehzeeb'.. just a reminder of Kashmiriyat.Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort with a personal touch.

Kashmir Mahal Resort, located near the stunning Dal Lake in Srinagar, is the perfect place for a peaceful stay. The views are breathtaking, and the resort has a warm, welcoming vibe. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, thanks to Ishfaq, the housekeeping in charge, who ensured everything was well-maintained. The food was another highlight’fresh, flavorful, and especially the local Kashmiri dishes were a treat. The staff was courteous and made us feel right at home. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Srinagar!
