Unprofessional Staff

I booked this hotel as part of my kedarnath trip to get more flexibility after long journey from rishikesh and nice break before starting kedarnath trekking. I already informed hotel that I will be late due to bus delay. I reached sonpryag at 2:30 AM but not able to get any cab to reach to hotel. After walking 1.5km i reached triyuginarayan road and call multiple times to hotel but no one received call. It was more than 2km distance from there as well and risky to go there late night, as well as impossible for anyone to walk. My expectations was hotel staff received call and send someone to pick me, I was ready to pay as well. But ended up without even stay at hotel and money wasted.
