Very old property with zero maintenance of room and other facilities. Even the linen and towels look washed and used up. Nothing better than a lodge once you are inside the room. The property is huge but they haven’t done enough to keep it running
I had booked 4 rooms in the hotel while going to goa and returning from there. My experience while going was good in C wing of the hotel however I had a terrible experience while coming back from goa in the A wing of the hotel. The ACs were not functioning properly for all 4 rooms even when switched to 18 deg, water tap was broken, unhygienic as guests were drying their clothes outside the room & multiple lizards outside the room made it a terrible experience. At the value paid per room this was not worth at all.
Excellent large rooms facing the sea. Very large interesting property with a lot of mango trees and a swimming pool. Restaurant food is very good. Staff is prompt and courteous. 2nd time through
