I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout my stay. I initially booked for three nights but ended up staying only one night and cancelling the remaining two due to multiple issues.The hotel is located quite far, and reaching it requires walking long distances, which was very inconvenient—especially since my family members were unable to walk that much. Despite explaining this, the staff showed no concern or support.Basic hospitality was also lacking. Even after repeatedly requesting, drinking water was not provided, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the rooms are very small and not comfortable for a family stay.Overall, I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service, inconvenient location, and inadequate facilities.
