Extremely Disappointing Premium Room ExperienceBooked a premium room for me and my wife, but it was a complete letdown.Zero facilities delivered’no Wi-Fi at all. The pool was filthy and inaccessible, even after we requested cleaning multiple times.Staff were untrained and unprofessional: one rang our doorbell aggressively at 6 AM while we slept, just to grab dinner utensils.Avoid unless you want frustration instead of relaxation. Not worth the premium price.

Excellent staff, remarkable service and very courteous. I'd share my experience, since we had and early morning safari booked, the breakfast time was exceeded, however the manager and staff allowed is to enjoy our breakfast once we returned at 12:00 noon..our checkout time was also exceeded but no questions asked, we were not harrassed to vacate the room. The location is a gem in a jewel, nice places to have a great time nearby, amazing weather, the river, and the localities who were very polite...I rate this place a 10/10

The hotel is a good place to stay, though the rooms feel quite old in terms of interiors and could use some modernization. That said, the food is absolutely amazing and delicious. There’s no need to go out searching for meals I highly recommend trying the in-house restaurant. It won’t disappoint you, and you’ll truly appreciate the quality and taste of the food.Overall, there were no major issues with the stay. However, the hotel should seriously focus on providing better heaters during the winter season. The current heaters are ineffective, and guests tend to face significant discomfort during colder months.

The hotel is located in a very nice area, making it convenient and pleasant to stay. It offers good value for money, especially considering the spacious rooms and overall premises. The staff were welcoming, supportive, and always ready to help, which made the stay more comfortable.However, the hotel does fall short when it comes to maintenance. There were visible stains on the couches and in the washrooms, and some of the furniture was not in very good condition. Better upkeep and attention to cleanliness would significantly improve the overall experience.

Stayed at LeRoi Corbett recently, and while the property has a lot of potential, there are several areas that need improvement.The property itself looks beautiful ’ it has a nice layout, spacious surroundings, and that natural charm you expect in a place like Corbett. However, the maintenance clearly needs more attention. The rooms and common areas could use a proper deep cleaning, as you can notice signs of wear and dust around. A bit more care in upkeep would make a big difference.Coming to the food, it was good in taste and presentation, but definitely overpriced for the portion sizes served. The quantity was on the smaller side, which doesn’t justify the cost. That said, I do understand the business model of maintaining a premium property with limited guests ’ but balancing price with portion and value would enhance the overall dining experience.The swimming pool was a major letdown ’ it was unclean and not maintained properly, which really took away from the otherwise relaxing vibe of the property. A clean, well-kept pool area could easily elevate the overall guest experience.The staff were polite and courteous, and the service was decent, though a bit more attention to detail would help match the standard that the property aims for.Overall, LeRoi Corbett has the framework of a great resort ’ good location, lovely property design, and decent food ’ but it really needs better maintenance, hygiene, and value optimization to reach its true potential.
