A nice place in the Lakhimpur town. The room was huge, fitted with sofa and a mini dinning cum study table.The water supply had iron content and cable tv was not functional. However considering the location it was a comfortable stay.

I had a very pathetic experience at this hotel. I booked a room at the property twice, and both times I received a very dirty room with non-functional air conditioners. The rooms were smelly, there was no water in the bathroom, and the toilet was dirty. Both times, I had to leave the hotel due to the discomfort, despite paying a substantial amount for accommodation.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Very poor service. The rooms are spacious but not well-maintained. The bed linens are not clean, and room service is very poor. There is no power backup during the late night.

Extremely Disappointing Stay

Disgusting place to stay, dirty rooms, dirty shelves, cupboards, tv did not work, we booked two rooms but got different rooms then what we asked for. On the balcony attached, there is a plastic bottle with alcohol and ciggerate buds, dirty window panes. And the corridor just above the reception smelled like urine. When we reported this to the manager, he made excuses saying I wasn't there to see that's why this happened. And the food is also horrible. And for all this they charged almost 14,000 rupees. Shameless lazy idiots
