We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riverside resort. The location is absolutely stunning, waking up to the sound of the flowing river and surrounded by nature made the experience incredibly peaceful and refreshing.What truly made our stay special was the warm hospitality of the staff. Stay is good. But the main thing of the hotel is for hospitality where they lack way behind as the new manager is very adamant with things. They don't make you feel like you are their guest. One can not even provide you with food as they have strict timings as they wait for time to end and rush to home no matter someone is hungry or not.

I recently stayed here with a group of 6, and unfortunately, the experience was far from the "luxury" or relaxing stay we expected. Several issues made our trip quite frustrating:Dirty Pool & Negligence: The pool was incredibly dirty when we arrived. Despite reporting it to the staff, they completely ignored the issue. My group actually had to clean the pool ourselves just to be able to use it.Substandard Food: For the price charged, the dinner spread was very poor. There was only one veg starter and absolutely no non-veg starters available. Extremely limited options for a group booking.Rude Kitchen Staff: When we tried to address the food or service issues, the kitchen staff was dismissive and quite rude. Good hospitality was non-existent.Monkey Menace: The property was overrun with monkeys, making it difficult to move around freely or enjoy the outdoor spaces comfortably.Between the lack of maintenance and the unprofessional attitude of the team, I wouldn't recommend this property for a group getaway. There are much better managed options in Rishikesh.

We recently stayed at this beautiful resort in Rishikesh and had a wonderful experience. The place is extremely calm, soothing, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The entire setup is thoughtfully done and gives very peaceful vibes.The staff was courteous and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. Overall, it was a refreshing and memorable stay. It’s a great option for anyone planning a peaceful vacation with their family. Highly recommended for a relaxing trip to Rishikesh.
