Nice experience. Stay was smooth. But, whatever is included in the room tariff must be provided by default and must be ’’ checklisted and displayed in room or otherwise. Location, view, staff is cooperative.

One of the worst stays I’ve ever experienced.The only redeeming factor of this place is its location, which earns it a single star. Beyond that, everything else was extremely disappointing.If you are referring to the pics, they appear to be nice because of the AI camera of my handsetAC: Barely functional, it didn’t cool below 26’27??C regardless of the setting.Bed: The mattress was uncomfortable with worn-out foam and springs’definitely not conducive to a good night’s sleep.Rooms: Poorly ventilated, with no windows or exhaust fans in either the room or the bathroom.Bathroom: Drains were clogged, and the toiletries provided were of very poor quality.Food: Easily one of the worst dining experiences. The buffet menu barely changed between lunch and dinner’only one or two dishes differed. The food quality was terrible; dinner rice was so dry, it felt like chewing on plastic.Dining Area: ACs were leaking, and a housekeeping staff member was constantly mopping up the water’quite an unpleasant sight while eating.In summary:If you're looking to ruin your stay, this place is perfect. Otherwise, there are plenty of far better options available nearby.

Disappointing StayI recently had the misfortune of staying at and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience.*Issues:*- *Dirty Room:* Upon checking in, I found my room to be dirty and unclean. The bed sheets were stained, and the bathroom had hair and soap scum everywhere.- *Poor Customer Service:* When I brought the issue to the front desk's attention, they seemed unconcerned and unhelpful. It took multiple requests to get the room cleaned.- *Noise and Disruptions:* The hotel was extremely noisy, with loud music and rowdy guests disrupting my peace. The walls were thin, and I could hear every conversation and noise from the adjacent rooms.- *Overpriced:* Considering the poor condition and service, I found the hotel to be grossly overpriced.*Would Not Recommend:*Unfortunately, my experience at was a disaster. With so many other great hotels in the area, I would not recommend wasting your time or money here.I hope this review helps others make informed decisions and avoids the disappointment I experienced.
