O Hotel Goa, Candolim Beach

We visit this property almost twice a year.Reason being very friendly staff, very quite location and huge property with direct access to a private beach.Rooms are quite good and room service is also very good.Swimming pool is clean and has a children section also. Quite peaceful to spend some time with family.Breakfast buffet is also very nice and they take requests for some items not available during buffet also.This property has a direct access to a private beach area which is very peaceful and has some shacks to spend some time watching sea waves and sipping cool coconut water.Shacks are operated by private entities and costs extra.Overall this property is a great value for money in candolim area and has great amenities if you are coming with family and children.

This hotel is on the candolim beach. But toward fort aguada not calangute baga.Rooms are of preety big size, but old.Hotel is too big in terms of deep.Rooms dont have any special views. Only 1-2 rooms (may be suite room) would be having sea view. That too from far away.Rooms have bathtub as well.Property has a direct access to the candolim beach and there are 2-3 premium shacks adjacent.Breakfast is way below average. They really need to work on breakfast quality, number of dishes and options. Restaurant service is very slow.Preferably you should book hotels on the opposite lane to the beach side ones i feel. Because the beach side all hotel look of same quality.Rather than paying 7-10k per night for this hotel, its better to book Radisson just across the road. You might not get the beach direct access from hotel. But will get best service and food as well those hotels are newly built.

Excellent location.Excellent service from all restaurant staff specially from Lal and SiddeshFor a 5 star category this hotel' swimming pool is very small.Will certainly recommend if you want a quiet stay in a small resort.Downside is that balcony rooms do not have walk in shower.

Had a great stay at O Hotel. Location was perfect and direct access to beach’My Room had a balcony but it didn’t have a view that was a bit disappointing but the property had a direct beach access which I loved.. The staff was very courteous but they used to cleanup my room at really odd hours’ Didn’t use the time while I was away to clean the room which was a little disappointing. However entire stay was peaceful and I felt safe in the property being a solo woman traveller.. So wud recommend all women to go for this property without any second thoughts..

Awesome hospitality, staff is really generous, siddhesh one of the staff member at buffet breakfast was very courteous, treated like homely, u ask him for anything and he just say getting in 5 minutes irrespective of its avaliable or not.’’’’. Though I would say everyone here staff members are ’’ amazing they host u like their family members.However, I would just want to pitch in for the management they should elaborate the buffet menu, its too less to have not much options left and i would like to suggest some small ammendments, like rooms bells are off not working they should deploy one of the staff or any phone connection at the end of the rooms towards pool side at night it become so aloof.Hospitality and staff member is are 101/100’’
