Lovely hotel on arrival and close to airport. kitchen staff very friendly and fast service. Room service for my room was good,however with my family's who also had other rooms booked the service was poor, bathrooms were not clean, when requesting toilet roll no one came up. We ordered an extra bed and paid for a room of 3 and had to call 3 times and no bed was delivered so 3 of them slept on one bed. Really disappointing.

Really had a great experience in this property. Our stay was excellent. Rooms were pretty neat and clean when we checked in plus dinning experience was also really good. Mr. Sunny and viahal provided with great services during lunch and dinner time.Definitely recommend to everyone to stay at this property.

This place is more than just a hotel, it truly feels like a home whenever I travel to Chandigarh for business. The entire staff is excellent and always attentive to guests’ needs.The restaurant on the first floor is very nice, with a great breakfast spread. Both the restaurant and in-room dining teams are well trained and consistently courteous.Special thanks to Mr. Yogesh, Mr. Sunny, Mr.Satish, Ms. Nisha, and Ms. Hasanpreet Kaur for their outstanding service. Excellent impeccably maintained Rooms, you will feel relaxed and comfortable. Energies extremely positive. You feel like lying in bed for prolonged hours. Washroom size is king size. Hotel is mid size , but serves the purpose, breakfast is good and offers multiple choices. Thanks to wonderful services by Mr hasanpreet , joy and chef Pawan .

Near the highway, nice, neat and clean place to stay.Breakfast buffet had lot of options for both veg and non veg.Both The restaurant managers payment attention to detail and shows why they're managers.Two good servers - Sumit and Joy. While Sumit pays attention to customer needs and takes his job seriously, Joy attends guests with smile.Warmth and hospitality is overall good.Good place to stay.
