Ramada Encore by Wyndham Rajbagh Srinagar

Rooms are a bit small for the price, but neat, clean and well furnished.Staff is extremely polite.Food is otherwise good, Had saag Khava, a bit salty, sambar and chutney were a bit bland.Else good

We would like to sincerely thank all the staff at Ramada Srinagar for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We stayed at the hotel for almost a week and did not experience a single issue during our time there. Every staff member was incredibly welcoming, courteous, and always ready to help with a smile. We have never had such a pleasant experience at any other hotel. The best part was the welcome drink which was Kashmiri Kahwa and we loved it. We did not eat outside food as the food was so good at the hotel.I did not pay attention to everyone’s names otherwise I would have mentioned it but Security Guard Bilal at the main gate helped us everyday by guiding us with our routes. He was very helpful throughout our stay. Even the front desk Managers (Cannot recall the names) helped us with planning our trip. Front desk ladies, the restaurant staff were very very welcoming too. They all gave their best. Our stay was beyond expectations.Keep up the good work guys.!We highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to stay in Srinagar.

A good hotel.. We received a warm welcome from the front office.. Especially varsha and rahul. Check in was very smooth and the warm kahwa welcomed our hearts. The rooms were clean and spacious facing the jhelum river. The restaurant prepared food as per our taste and Sajad, Basit and Johar always greeted us with a warm smile. The overall stay was very good.

I recently stayed at Ramada Encore, Srinagar, and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very well maintained, with excellent bed linen that made the stay even more comfortable. The temperature control in the room was superb, allowing us to adjust the ambience exactly the way we wanted.We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a beautiful river-view room, which added a special touch to our stay. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful, and I would like to extend special thanks to Mr. Bilal and Ms. Varsha for their exceptional support and warm hospitality.The buffet breakfast offered a good spread, and the overall dining experience was satisfying.Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay ’ would definitely recommend Ramada Encore, Srinagar to anyone visiting the city!

Our river-view room looked out to the Jhelum. In the early winter, the chinar trees turned red and we had a grand view. The staff are uniformly friendly and courteous – the front desk kindly upgraded us to a river-view room.. (The city-view rooms don't have much of a view.) The dampener was the restaurant – the breakfast buffet is just about OK and the dinner was bad and expensive. Still, the restaurant staff were terrific. The location and staff trump the poor quality restaurant. The hotel is new, and I hope they upgrade the food.
