Resort Heritage MNR ’ Needs Major RevampThis place seems to have seen better days. While it might have once been a decent resort, it’s now in clear decline. The location is decent, but unfortunately, that’s about where the positives end.The rooms felt stuffy and not well-maintained, with noticeable damp smells. Cleanliness standards were disappointing-there were insects in the room, and the washroom lacked basic amenities. The pool, which should’ve been a highlight, was unusable due to poor upkeep and an unpleasant odor.The staff tried their best but seemed untrained and unprepared to manage guest expectations. Dining options were limited and the food wasn’t particularly impressive either. With proper maintenance and management, this place could improve, but in its current state, it doesn’t live up to the ’resort’ label.Wouldn’t recommend unless the property sees serious renovation.

My wife and I had an incredible time exploring India, and our recent trip to Andaman was a highlight. Our two-night stay at the hotel was fantastic, with impressive cleanliness, delicious food, and exceptional staff behavior.The real stars ’’ of the show were Subham and Sumati, the friendly receptionists. Sumati's cute smile and gentle nature made us feel like family, and her attentive service ensured our stay was seamless. Despite being from Mumbai, we felt completely at ease, thanks to their kindness and hospitality. We'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Andaman - it's a must-stay for a positive and memorable experience.And the last I want to thanks to all MNR staffs like Subham, Sumati, Jay, Tarun, Sandeep and Suman ’’

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Resort Heritage MNR with my family for two days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. The pool was impeccably clean, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.The team was outstanding, particularly Sumati, Subham, Tarun, Jay, Rayman, and Amardeep, who were all very cooperative and friendly. The restaurant Amardeep captain and manager Mr.J Deiva were also very attentive and ensured that our dining and comfort, my experience was wonderful.The resort's ambiance was serene, and the staff's warm smiles and welcoming nature made us feel right at home. I would like to extend my gratitude to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. I highly recommend Resort Heritage MNR to anyone looking for a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway."

My two-day stay at Resort Heritage MNR was truly memorable. The pool's cleanliness and the staff's friendliness impressed me greatly. The receptionist Sumati's behavior was exceptional, and the food at the restaurant was delicious. I would rate this resort 5 out of 5 stars and highly recommend it to everyone.

The service provided was professional by the staffs and the rooms were very clean and authentic. Sumati as receptionist together with J.Deiva as manager of the hotel made sure our visit was pleasant and even offered to make meals according to our needs for the buffet, which was kind of them. Swimming pool was big and was cleaned daily. the hotel is also surrounded by bamboos which gave proper coolness and shelter. All in all, loved the stay at the hotel and would definitely visit again!
