Ambience was good and facilities and rooms were also good but service and proactiveness was missing. Their was no contact from staff regarding cleaning or requirement. Customer had to approach the staff ... However staff was polite and humble but their is possibility of service improvement. Rest all good to stay for holidays and can recommend others for stay.
