We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Sai Homestay. Its location is perfect less than 5 minutes from Chivla and Malvan beaches, and just 7km from Tarkarli. They even offer two-wheelers for easy local travel.’The hosts Ajit and Sumit were welcoming, providing complimentary water and tea/coffee(chargeable )on request. One tip for vegetarians: local meal options can be limited as many nearby cooks prefer preparing non-veg(especially the number provided by the homestay that lady refused to cook veg meal for us), so it's worth scouting for veg-friendly spots in advance.’Overall, a great, well-located stay for a coastal trip!

Sai Homestay is a wonderful place to stay!already when we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and whenever we needed something they were available.The room was perfect! extremely clean, very spacious, there was an AC and ceiling fan as well as hot water in the shower.The location of Sai Homestay is also amazing, within 5min of walking you can reach the beach, you have some restaurants and stores around the corner and within 2min of walk you can reach the busstand.We had to ask last minute for a late check out, which was possible and we have been very happy about it!Sai homestay is 110% recommended!

Reached Malvan around 1:00 AM when everything was shut, and booked Sai Homestay last minute’definitely the right choice. The hosts were very kind and ensured a smooth late-night check-in.The place is peaceful, close to the beach and fort, with a charming, well-lit facade. Rooms are clean, well-maintained, and artistically designed.A special mention to Sumit and Amit for their helpfulness, and the thoughtful goodies at check-out were a lovely touch. Highly recommended!
