We had a pleasant 3-night stay at Sai Homestay. Its location is perfect less than 5 minutes from Chivla and Malvan beaches, and just 7km from Tarkarli. They even offer two-wheelers for easy local travel.The hosts Ajit and Sumit were welcoming, providing complimentary water and tea/coffee(chargeable )on request. One tip for vegetarians: local meal options can be limited as many nearby cooks prefer preparing non-veg, so it's worth scouting for veg-friendly spots in advance.Overall, a great, well-located stay for a coastal trip!

Sai Homestay is a wonderful place to stay!already when we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful and whenever we needed something they were available.The room was perfect! extremely clean, very spacious, there was an AC and ceiling fan as well as hot water in the shower.The location of Sai Homestay is also amazing, within 5min of walking you can reach the beach, you have some restaurants and stores around the corner and within 2min of walk you can reach the busstand.We had to ask last minute for a late check out, which was possible and we have been very happy about it!Sai homestay is 110% recommended!

Property is maintained very well. It's very neat and clean. Rooms are decently bigger compared to hotels. Location is very good and near to most tourist places, restaurants, market, shops, temples, etc. Above all, the care takers - Sumit and Ajit - are simply amazing. Very warm and friendly. They take care of everything you need for your family right from helping arrange food, autos, site seeing, etc. They guide you in every manner possible. Will stay at the same place If I am back in Malvan!

Different types of rooms available. we stayed in room with an additional sofa bed. the place was well maintained with a backyard courtyard. there is parking space available. food is not available inhouse. but can be arranged from nearby. the location is a bit far from the beach, ~15 mins walking from the malvan rock garden.
