We booked this hotel through Agoda based on the room photos shown online, but the actual experience was completely disappointing.The first room they showed us was full of insects everywhere because of the lights — insects were on the bed, floor, and all around the room. We requested another room, but the second room had the same issue.Later, they showed us rooms inside the main building, but the cleanliness there was also very poor. The bedsheets and blankets did not look changed at all. We could clearly see hair on the bedsheets and also hair and dirt on the floor. The rooms felt unhygienic and poorly maintained.The rooms shown online and the actual rooms provided were completely different. Overall, it was a very uncomfortable and unpleasant stay experience. I would not recommend this hotel unless they seriously improve hygiene and room maintenance.
Actually I should give zero rating, for proof i have photos, along with us insects, ants, bugs, and lizards stayed in room, furniture is very old, rooms and bathrooms are not cleaned, dirty smell coming when we complaint they sprayed room and said that's all they can do, toiletries not provided, swimming pool water is full of bleaching powder body and eyes were burning when we entered in pool, telephone line also not working. Seriously i thought of hotel immediately but paid 9k and it is non refundable so adjusted one day and left early morning. Only one positive I can say is the exterior look is ok. Don't go by seeing hotel outside photo. There is nothing inside hotel. Not recommended. We went with family and my kids are extremely disappointed.
The room facilities are not that great for the price, but the stay was excellent and the outside view from the resort was beautiful.
