Their friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. Special thanks to the Front Office team—Muskan, Umar, Rahul, Rizwan, Hakim, and Adil (Bell Desk)—for a smooth check-in and check-out, quick help, and always cheerful service. They were always available to assist and handled every request efficiently. The Housekeeping team—Atul, Muna, Showket, Latish, and Sanjeev—kept our room spotless throughout our stay. Their dedication and thoughtful service made us feel right at home. The Food & Beverage team—Tanveeza, Ahil, Hemoza, Insha, Shariff, Akib, Deepak, and Sushil—offered excellent service during every meal. Their attentiveness and friendly attitude made dining a pleasure. They consistently went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. We also deeply appreciate the talented Kitchen team—Chef Ahmed, Chef Gaurav, and Chef Yogi. Each meal was delicious, beautifully served, and full of authentic flavors. The food's variety, quality, and taste were highlights of our visit. It's rare to find a hotel where every department provides such outstanding service. The Sarovar Premiere Srinagar team truly embodies hospitality and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Thanks to everyone for making our stay so special. This is an excellent property characterized by top-notch service and outstanding cuisine. The F&B team is particularly impressive professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. While the guest welcome experience is of a very high standard and the rooms are impeccably maintained, the only drawback is the hotel entrance. Accessing the lobby through the mall is quite confusing and detracts from the overall premium experience. That said, the alfresco restaurant is a highlight and well worth a visit. Loved the artisan atmosphere too, will visit again

This property stands out for its exceptional service and superb food. The food and beverage staff are especially professional, well-informed, and meticulous. Although the guest reception is excellent and the rooms are spotless, the main downside is the hotel entrance. Entering the lobby via the mall is somewhat confusing and diminishes the luxurious feel. Nevertheless, the outdoor restaurant is a standout feature and definitely worth checking out. I also enjoyed the artisanal vibe and plan to return.
