’’’’ 1 Star ReviewWe stayed at Sarovar Premiere Srinagar for 2 days with our family of 10 members, but unfortunately the experience was not satisfactory according to the hotel’s reputation and pricing.The biggest issue was the dining service. The staff rarely attended calls on time, and we had to call multiple times again and again for even basic requests. Service response was very poor and unprofessional.Secondly, there was a serious electricity/AC issue during the night. The AC kept switching off repeatedly because of power fluctuations, and every time we had to turn it on manually again. We informed the hotel staff several times, but the issue was never properly resolved. Because of this, our family remained disturbed and uncomfortable throughout the night.The property may look good, but service quality and guest comfort were highly disappointing. Definitely not the experience expected from a hotel of this category.
