Very bad service.. rooms very unhygienic.. food was bad..booked room for 3 days but checked out within 12 hours but they didn't returned money back.. how one can stay in so bad room..plz don't choose this hotel.. they will ask for advance before booking and won't return money if u choose to leave since u can't stay in such unhygienic room and bad service and bad food..

It was an amazing stay at this place. Do not believe in the other reviews.They have an amazing property full of amazing staff. The games room is very well maintained and the food is amazing. We stayed for 2 nights and the food spread was awesome! Highly recommended for staying near Khatia gate.

A perfect stay near Kanha National Park!Our experience at Celebration Van Villa was absolutely wonderful. The property is surrounded by lush greenery and gives a true jungle vibe while still offering great comfort. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, and the staff was extremely polite and helpful throughout our stay.The food was delicious with good variety, and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing’perfect after a safari. The location is ideal for visiting Kanha National Park, making early morning safaris very convenient.Highly recommended for families, couples, and nature lovers looking for a calm and memorable stay near Kanha. I am writing to formally complain about the extremely disappointing experience my family and I had at your hotel during our stay on 29/12/2025.We had booked two separate rooms. When we enter the hotel they not give any information and we leave the room & keys were handed over, they demand the moneyDespite our concerns, your manager insisted on payment and charged Rs. 5,100 for two children, which we were forced to pay on the spot. The manager’s behavior was extremely rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful. This was the first time we encountered such unacceptable conduct at a hotel.In addition to this, the room condition was very poor. The rooms were old, badly maintained, and poorly painted, which did not match the standards promised during booking. Overall, the experience was shocking and highly disappointing.This message is a strong warning to the hotel’s upper management. Such behavior, lack of transparency, and poor maintenance seriously damage your hotel’s reputation and customer trust. I expect a proper explanation for the extra charges, an apology for the manager’s behavior, and appropriate action to ensure other guests do not face the same treatment.I look forward to your prompt response.
