I am telling about the Pritam ekka waiter in fern kesarval hotel verna..’Outstanding service! Our waiter was incredibly polite, attentive, and always had a smile on his face. He made sure our meals were perfect and checked on us regularly without being intrusive. This was easily the best dining experience we’ve had at a hotel. Highly recommended.’I would like to commend the waiter for his exceptional service during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and extremely attentive.

I paid about 5K for one night (no breakfast) and felt there are other hotels that may provide better value for money.Rooms are good and comfy. Gym room is not maintained well. Restaurant food is good.Surprising thing was in restaurant I had to pay directly and can’t bill to room which was inconvenient. Reception staff tried hard to convince me (instead of acknowledging inconvenience) for why they are doing and honestly I don’t care about the reason.

Excellent Stay & Outstanding ServiceI had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were very comfortable, well-maintained, and overall the experience exceeded my expectations. Housekeeping service was exceptional, and I would especially like to appreciate Ms. Vipasa, who is the best in room cleaning. Her attention to detail, cleanliness standards, and polite, professional attitude truly stood out and made my stay more pleasant.Thank you to the entire hotel team for the great hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again.

The hotel their staff everything was excellent, the price should be more reasonable for business visitors.
