I strongly do not recommend this hotel to anyone. My experience was frustrating from the very beginning. At check-in, despite having a confirmed booking and arriving first, I was told to “wait there” while a couple who came in after me was checked in immediately. It felt like I was being ignored completely.The first room I was given had broken taps, a leaking AC, and was clearly not cleaned. After raising a complaint, I was moved to a second room, which had a non-functioning TV, a noisy fan, poor ventilation, and an AC that didn’t cool at all. Already exhausted from 26 hours of travel, I had to change rooms again. The third room was no better—still unclean, with broken fixtures, no water mugs, and leftover dirt from previous use.The staff was indifferent and unhelpful. Every request—whether for room change, drinking water, or even a soft drink—took multiple follow-ups and long waits. When I asked for a Thums Up can, I was first told they had it, then made to wait over an hour, and finally sent a Coca-Cola bottle instead, which they tried to charge more than double the price for. When I called to clarify, the response was shockingly rude: “Take it or leave it.”This hotel lacks basic cleanliness, hospitality, and professionalism. It was a complete failure for a business trip, and I regret choosing this place. Spare yourself the trouble—stay elsewhere.
