We recently celebrated my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary at The Royal Phular, and the experience was truly memorable for our entire family.The ambience was elegant yet warm, making it perfect for such a meaningful milestone. Everything was beautifully arranged, and the overall atmosphere felt both festive and personal. Many of our guests appreciated how well-organized and welcoming the event felt from start to finish.A heartfelt thank you to Mr. Vipul, the General Manager, for his professionalism and personal involvement. His leadership was clearly reflected in the smooth coordination and attention to detail throughout the celebration. We felt reassured knowing the event was in capable hands.Special appreciation also goes to Mr. Junaid, the Catering Manager. The food was excellent in both quality and presentation, and the service was timely and well-managed. He was extremely cooperative during the planning process and ensured that everything was executed perfectly on the day.Overall, The Royal Phular made this golden anniversary truly special for our parents and our guests. I truly loved the hospitality and felt very welcomed throughout my event . The service was wonderful, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall atmosphere was warm and friendly, which made the experience even more special. This hotel is one of the top hotels in Muzaffarpur and is located in the heart of the city, within walking distance of the railway station. The hotel's beauty is unparalleled, and the staff's behavior is very courteous, especially that of the General Manager, Vipul Ji, whose demeanor and work style are exceptional. He has extensive experience in the hotel industry. I urge you all to plan a visit to the hotel and enjoy its delicious cuisine.

We had my brothers engagement here. The rooms are well maintained and give a premium feel. Service was top notch considering the locality. However, the on road location isnt that great. Party hall was decent enough. Buffet taste wasn't up to the mark.Rating this 4 out of 5.
