Clean rooms but bathroom maintenance can be better. Good for one nights stay.

The maintenance of the room was adorable. The ambience was very nice. The staff members are very interactive with the customer which I like most. Overall the location and the room was extraordinary in terms of hygienic and friendly environment.

The staff there aren't very fluent in English, but the stay was quite pleasant overall. The food portions are generous’more than enough for one person, so keep that in mind. The room we stayed in did have some drainage issues in the bathroom, but aside from that, it’s a good place to stay.

Rooms was really great. Service is nice.

I picked SM Paradise in Gajuwaka for family stay two nights cause of good Google ratings. We had executive room, clean and comfy, but bathroom small and had bad smell, which was disappointing. Had water issues many times, and room phone not working, so I had to go down to ask staff to turn on water motor. Only one parking spot inside, if taken, need to park outside. No free drinking water, which is usually standard, but soap and towels were there. Staff seemed to lack hospitality training, and during checkout, they asked me to give positive feedback, which felt forced with all the problems I had.
