The room should be maintained found mood in the bathroom in room 302 near rye shower head. The breakfast option for which I paid , had very limited options though the food was of good quality and on the second day the fruits option was not available

Group • India • Apr 2026In December month, this hotel was booked for us by a travel agency... If there was a different rating for the staffs working there, I would have given a 4star for their behaviour, however this hotel deserves zero rating at max. The rooms are very shabby. We were provided room 102, which was in such a position where privacy can be easily compromised as for one side of the wall there was a big window with thin curtains which was adjacent to a common passage. I spoke to the manager to shift us to a different room, however as expected they said they had no other vacant room. Our room was pre-booked and the photos which our agent showed while booking was not the same as the one we were provided. The bedsheets seemed to have never ever been changed. Toilet was unclean. The good part is that their staffs were cooperative and they immediately changed bedsheets and cleaned the washrooms and also put a barrier in the common passage. But overall this hotel was not worthy.
