Treebo Soho Newtown Near New Town Bus Stand

One of the worst place to stay.This hotel doesn't have any Treebo standards.I have stayed in more than 30 Treebo properties in different parts of the country from north to south, east to west, but the worst hotel award goes to this one.’’’’...I have written a seperate mail to Treebo regarding this hotel.I was supposed to stay 15 days in Kolkata, but on the first opportunity I ran away from this hotel and moved to a better one.The moment I stepped in, it was women's hair all over the bed and sticky floor. Seeing this, the guy who took me to the room pulled off the sheets with hair and dumped into the cupboard.My whole stay of 6 days, nobody cleaned the room even after requesting them. The shampoo and body wash liquid was months old. The reception was always unmanned and the care taker guy was rude and acted like he is doing a favour !! Only the first and last day I had breakfast from them as all the other days it was lacking good menu. The view from the room was disgusting and dirty. Don't expect hot water most of the times.Broken door handles, holes on the wall, mosquitos, cockroaches, filthy bathrooms with no toiletries, not refilling the coffee station,etc was normal for them.To the owner(if you are reading this),please train your staff basic hospitality manners and house keeping and see yourself how ugly your rooms and bathrooms are atleast once in a year!!

This has been the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The lady who introduces herself as the owner is the biggest issue here. The staff is extremely rude and unwilling to respond even to the simplest requests, whether it’s cleaning the room or clearing used utensils left outside. Something as basic as getting the sheets changed, the washroom cleaned, or asking for amenities felt like a huge challenge for them. On top of it all, their dismissive attitude made the entire stay nothing short of miserable.

They are running a scam by doing fraud with innocent customers. When we search Soho Hotel Howrah, they make us book Sohotel New Town Kolkata with the help of Agoda. How they are scamming innocent public. Do not book any branch of Soho Hotel.

Very bad experience. Please do not book this hotel. Staff behaviour was very rude and bad. Neither they provide foot mat outside the bathroom. They don't even provide basic amenities on time. Do not ever book this hotel.
