Extremely disappointing stay. I genuinely feel cheated.1. I am still confused, it is basin OR urinal ? Kindly someone clarify after seeing attached photo. It was obvious that the drain was producing a foul smell and the hotel was trying to hide it with camphor instead of fixing the actual problem. This is the same basin where guests brush their teeth and wash their faces. Having to deal with a strong camphor smell every time you use the basin is unacceptable.The hotel provides only one 1-liter water bottle per day for two guests. That works out to just 500 ml per person for an entire day. Everything beyond that is chargeable. For a hotel charging over *** per night, this is simply ridiculous and feels like penny-pinching.The electrical switches in the bathroom are exposed and located close to water. This is not just poor maintenance—it is a serious safety hazard. Guest safety should never be compromised.The breakfast was equally disappointing. There were hardly 2–3 items available, with very little variety. The quality and selection were nowhere near what one would expect for the price paid.Overall, this hotel focuses more on cutting costs than providing a comfortable guest experience. The room tariff is completely unjustified, and I would strongly advise travelers to look for better options before booking this property.
