It's easily reachable, easy to locate from a distance, it's near to ram nagar, jim corbett national park. Staff is supportive and humble. Behind the resort, it's having river where you can go and have a nature's view.

Serene Riverside Stay with Excellent HospitalityOverviewOur recent weekend stay at this resort was a fantastic experience. Located conveniently on the main road and National Highway, the property offers a perfect blend of accessibility and tranquility. It is surrounded by a lush, green environment that feels very clean and welcoming.The rooms are spacious and come well-equipped with an attached bathroom and a kitchenette, which is a nice touch. All necessary amenities, such as dental kits, shaving kits, and slippers, were readily provided. The only downside was the lighting inside the room; even with all the lights turned on, it felt a bit dim.A great thing about this resort is the smaller Kosi river flowing right behind it. There is a large ground near the river where you can sit, soak up the sun, and enjoy the silence of nature. For those looking for adventure, there are plenty of activities nearby, including hot air ballooning, bungee jumping, and Jungle Safaris.The hospitality here is very good. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly throughout our stay.* Mrs. Manisha Singh at the front desk was very helpful with our booking, accommodating our request for a better room without any issues, and offering great recommendations for local activities.* Mr. Narayan provided excellent room service, promptly arranging extra bedding, blankets, and anything whenever we needed it.* The security guards (both day and night shifts) were also very friendly and helpful.The resort hosts a bonfire near the pool in the evenings, and we were lucky enough to watch a Garhwali folk dance performance, which was excellent’kudos to the performers!As for the food, we only opted for the breakfast at the resort, which was average (okay-ish). However, this wasn't a major issue as there are very good restaurants within walking distance.There is ample parking space available, large enough to accommodate personal cars and even tour buses.Overall, it was a fun-filled holiday weekend. Despite the average breakfast and dim room lighting, the beautiful riverside location, engaging cultural performances, and outstanding service make this a place I would highly recommend.Pros:* Beautiful riverside location with a large sunny ground.* Excellent service (Special thanks to Manisha and Narayan).* Activities (Bonfire and Garhwali dance).* Ample parking and easy access from the highway.Cons:* Room lighting is too dim.* Breakfast quality could be improved.

I had booked this resort but couldn’t even stay after seeing the terrible condition of the property. The place is very old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Nothing looks like the photos shown online. The rooms were in bad shape, and the surroundings were equally unpleasant. To make things worse, the manager’s way of talking was extremely rude and unprofessional ’ instead of helping, he made the experience even more frustrating. I left the place immediately, and my booking amount got wasted. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this resort ’ it’s not worth your time, money, or peace of mind.

Horrible service and property, rooms are extremely dirty and smelly, property is not maintained at all, they will tell you at check in to take all meals rate as their food is tasty , later in the evening nothing will be available from the menu , we specially asked for a birthday celebration set up which they did and made other guests use the same set up before we could and made us pay for it, the receptionist Sonia was extremely rude

I went to this resort in late august-2025 during monsoon along with 4 other male guests. I will talk about positives and negatives using bullet points.Negatives:- the restro service is pathetic. We went there for spending only one night but did not demanded anything out of menu. The waiter kept on refusing and saying ’Sir yeh nhi ho payega’. Almost 70-80 percent items from menu were refused. I don’t understand how can they simply refuse everything from the menu. They designed the menu as per their kitchen. A guest is coming to spend a good time and they keep on refusing to food items from their menu.- Our room phone was broken so we had to go to restro to order and these guys forgot half our order and did not deliver on time. If you are going there then keep in mind, all facilities will not be functional.- The person in charge here named bobby tiwari called me while we were on our way from delhi to this resort and said that payment will be accepted only in cash and limit of UPI has reached. I know he don't want to pay taxes truly or wants to save some cash but he should have told me earlier and not while we are on our way. He should know that lawfully we could have taken action against him and simply lodged a complaint against him but we did not and catered to his request.- there is electricity issue in the resort with not adequate backup. Our AC was gone due to this many times and it caused a lot of discomfort.Now positives:- food is nice and flavourful, whatever little items they can provide from their menu.- pool area is spacious.- access to river side is quick.- rooms are spacious.- location is good and not confusing.
