The property is well-maintained and the location provides easy access to main Pahalgam town. It takes about 10-15 mins by car. Facilities were good overall including Wi-Fi and a heater available on request.

Had an amazing experience while my stay at the Hotel welcome resort. The rooms give an amazing view of the mountains covered with snow. Service and staff are excellent. The location gives justice to the name. You’ll get a view of mountains full of pine trees which is in itself an experience. Good food . Overall it is a best package one can get.

Had a wonderful experience at the resort. The staff, especially Ayaz and Owais, were extremely friendly, attentive, and made our stay even more comfortable. The room service was excellent and very prompt. The food was exceptional as well ’ whether it was the buffet or ordering in the room, everything was delicious and well prepared. Overall, a great stay and highly recommended.

The staff was extremely polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with anything we needed.
