property cleanses was very poor
The picture in the advert is the same, but no cleanliness. There are no white covers. Agreed, customers come in from the beach straight in the front, where the picture is, however the staff only clean the tables when asked too.The word "Spa" is deceiving to people who understand the amenities that go with it. Nothing was provided, because the prices were for that too.The rooms were not up to standard, beds were neatly made but the walls paints were all coming off, not a pleasant sight as a first impression.TV was in the rooms (we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights) both were not working. The staff themselves did not know how to start it.Since we booked deluxe rooms, because the charges were higher, had no difference from the other cheaper rooms.As we entered the resort, the reception area and the hall way had a very strange smell of "dog"The staff did their best to clean uo, but the detergents used were so cheap that it made no difference the the smell lingering around.Being close to the beach, they should have provided dryers to dry the wet clothes, we used the chairs and what ever we could find to dry out the clothes.The saving grace was, the white seasons was very close to the beach literally 150 meters from the beach, though we had to climb down the rocks (but that was there for safety, so we understand)Manohar, the guys who comes to the resort was the best, who gave us a wonderful experience in his boat. He was in the true sense totally customer focused. Please do use his services, his care for my mother in law to get into the boa was exceptional.We did try to speak to the owner to give us a refund as we were forced to shorten our stay, because it was really unbearable.The best part was the food cooked in the resort was very tasty and clean.We left on the 22nd itself, however no one asked us for feedback. If we are paying so much of money , we need to see value for that.Please be mindful, that there is absolutely no signal out there, the wifi provided would work on and off.Be prepared for a 1 hour traffic jam and the junction coming in. ****
