mon opinion authentique

I have no suggestion to do because everything works very well. This into account, of course, of the hotel category. The only thing I can say is that in the bathroom there was only one (1) towel. At the reception they told me that it was a standard thing, but very kindly gave me a second towel.

Nice Hotel but Breakfast can be Chaotic

by DevonHare on 13 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Overall this was an excellent stay, the room was perfecty fine and clean, the bathroom a bit small but, again, acceptable. the welcome from the reception team at any time was great. Really helpful. Breakfast was high quality but..... try not to have brealkfast at the same time as a 40 (ish) strong coach partuy. the area can't cope and it was a bit of a joke that day. when all is said and done, we'd stay here again if in Düsseldorf, the proximity to the station is a plus but despite that it is re...

Don't be put off by negative people

by Dora12 on 13 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

This hotel is in an excellent position for the Station where Trains,Trams and Underground can be used. The rooms are small but if you want large rooms go to another much dearer hotel. The Staff are excellent, although the cleaning staff are probably a bit too keen but they keep the rooms spotless. For friendliness and cleanliness this hotel cannot be faulted and the transport in Germany is cheap and excellent.€1:60 to Alstadt.A tages ticket for a group averages at €10 each and for that you can use...

Back of ststion

We thought this would be nice cheap place to stay for Christmas markets. Wow we did some walking in 2.5 days. We could of done with a hotel closer to the Rhine but hey ho. Clean and friendly. Room size fine, bathroom tiny. Cleaning staff far to keen to get in and clean your room. On the Sunday we were leaving they tried twice to get in. Once at 9am and then at 9.30am but we didn't need to be out till 11am. Glad I locked the door! Hotel beer prices on par with other places. Small bottle water 2.6...

Literally no bathroom, completely unacceptable today, small room, micro bathroom

by Björn K on 03 Dec 2016 (Business Traveller)

Close this place and convert to a real Hotel. This is like camping 1950, unworthy of the IBIS brand. IN the future I will call ahead to check if IBIS is acceptable. Any IBIS Budget is better than this.
