The Fish Masala ( Avoli ) they have given to us on 19/8/2018 night was at least 2 weeks old. The hotel charged us huge amount for a pathetic break fast also. The worst hotel in Calicut for stay and dine.

Had gone there for meals, Eventhough there was buffet the persons did not explain the food items in Buffet instead told us to take and eat. As we were confused we decided to go for thali meals with fish fry and Manager or supervisor was forcing us to order fish fry with swift actions while a person was explaining. And we thought to go for it but hopeless overpriced lunch and that too from Calicut. Never ever go to this place for eating.

Worst ever experience the three words explain details of this review. According to me, When we go for lunch. We expect Hotel people to serve Sambar, Rasam, Buttermilk and Side Dishes unlimited in Kerala and that's there in many hotels. We requested for one glass of Buttermilk with one of service manager and we got most irritating and terrible response from him. This review is for the Supra Restaurant at the Hotel only. The place is located well right in front of MIMs hospital. The food was excellent - i tried the lunch buffet as well which had a good variety and tasty food. Service was great too.

I really liked the place for the cleanliness and hotel provided everything they offered most of the time in other Hotels TV won't work or the A/C is in trouble or the staff won't attend . But here everything was perfect I will appreciate the management for keeping the place up to date and Thank You
