Nice clean hotel

by Dave B on 20 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Stayed for 3 nights in Jan first of all friendly staff and first impressions on our room were very clean and tidy lovely bathroom great shower nice tv cleaners did a great job fresh towels, I enjoyed my stay here although the only problem staying on the first floor is I could literally hear every foot step and every bit of movement from the people staying in the above room it did not help that the group of men staying above come in at 2:45am partied and what sounded like a wrestling fight cross ...

Better for singles and smokers. Not the best place for asthmatics, couples or sightseeing.

by MwuaGrace on 05 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

First, when we booked for a room it definitely was not n the tourist season, and our small request of an upper floor with outside window was ignored. Instead we got the basement/underground room that was suffocating. There was a small ventilation-purpose window that cannot be reached easily and instead of fresh air, we kept getting the smell of cigarettes from one of the other visitors upstairs smoking. Perfect Stay

by WagedaSindbada on 20 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)

Hotel location was exactly on the cannel, stuff very helpful and really provides good advices for sightseeing and trips. hotel offers coffee and hot drinks at reception whole day long and due to some mistake in my booking they offered me free breakfast. room size was small and TV doesn't work properly may be due to bad weather.

The hotel I usually stay in was fully booked so I tried the Mozart hotel for the same price as my usual abode. Well the experience was definitely not on the same level. First of all room with canal view. A rip off. It was the tiniest window I have ever seen in a hotel, not to mention you could only vi...

Simple but effective

by Laura H on 06 Dec 2016 (Couple Traveller)

Just back from a 2 night stay. The hotel is pretty basic, the room we stayed in 506 was in the basement which was a bit disappointing as there was no view. The room is quite small, the main door and bathroom door opened into the bed but we were only sleeping there so it wasn't a big deal. If it had been for longer than 2 nights it might have become annoying. We didn't have any problems with dirtiness, the towels were changed/beds made and the hotel was pretty quiet. There is no bar in the hotel ...
