Used to be close to Narita for morning flight
by kitsuko on 20 Jan 2017
This hotel is a Japanese business hotel located a block to the west of the JR Narita Station. The front desk is on the second floor and you can either take the stairs up on the front or step inside a bit for the elevator. The front was very polite and there were no problems with reservations. The rooms are not the most modern but they are still comfortable and a bit larger than other business hotels. There's even room for a luggage stand, two chairs, and a small table in addition to the bed ...
Badly in need of refurbishment
by Lin L on 29 Dec 2016 (Friends Traveller)
Stayed two nights in this hotel as my friends and I wanted to explore Narita city before heading home. We stayed in a triple room. Arrived late at night after spending half a day in Tokyo. Hotel is conveniently located next to the JR Narita train station, and there are many convenience stores around, a bus terminal and bus stop for connections to Aeon mall etc. There is also a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. Downside: this hotel is very dated, and badly in need of refurbishment. Carpet was ...
Good hotel for what it is good for

I assume most non Japanese only book a hotel in Narita in conjunction with a flight to/from the nearby airport. In that case the key question is whether to stay in a hotel next to the airport or further away in Narita city. The hotel's near the airport generally nicer than this one, but in boring locations with only hotel restaurants and nothing else to do. The city hotels are within an easy walk of many restaurants and the fascinating Omotesando St. U-city is somewhat dated including no Engl...
close to airport
by Jane544 on 23 Oct 2016 (Business Traveller)
We stayed there for one night as we got in late. It was close to the airport so quite convenient for us. Room was typically small but average size room for Japan. Bathroom tiny but again typical size for a hotel in Japan. Rooms were old and needed a revamp. Carpet had a stain and the bed was very hard. Breakfast was okay. Staff were friendly so okay for an overnighter. Don't go with high expectations and you won't be disappointed.
Free shuttle, 30 min from NRT
by Wilmar186 on 02 Oct 2016 (Family Traveller)
Good hotel, good breakfast. The free shuttle is not available every hour, just in the morning and the afternoon. Narita is quite far from Tokyo, do a good advice is please don't departure from Tokyo at late night.
