Mixed feelings, staff (manager excepted) are quite friendly but the resort is pricy (and HUGE)

by Olaf V on 24 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

A have mixed feelings about this resort. It is located on a more quiet part of Phi Phi. It looks great, with a private beach, pools, restaurants. They have lot of different accommodations to choose form (of course the more 'luxery' comes with a price). The price is steep. Especially for the more private bungalows and for tours. We choose for an upgrade from a standard room tot a bungalow (in garden). That was a good choice (hence the pretty steep extra costs). Other guest told us they had a stan...

Enjoy the rooms , avoid the rest

by Yaniv S on 23 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

The resort is located in the calmer part of phi phi island ( lamtong ) . The rooms are very nice and the resort is maintained well ! all the rest is super pricey compering to the restaurants on lamtong beach ( 5 min walking ) and much more expensive comparing to tonsai area ( we found the other restaurants nicer ) Same for any activity ( island hoping , water taxi , even for ferry tickets they are charging above 40% commission !!!! ) No wifi around the rooms as they advised ( only in the lobby...

A tiny piece of paradise

by alannisbeecroft on 19 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Me and my boyfriend stayed her whilst travelling around Thailand over Christmas, it's a beautiful little resort, with a gorgeous beach and great staff. The perfect place for honey mooners, not 20 year old travellers. It's very secluded and there is nothing else there except a couple more resorts and a few restaurants further down the beach. The hotel restaurant was a bit pricey for us as we were travelling and on a budget. However i cannot fault the resort itself or the location as it was simply...

Very bad management,overpriced,avoid this Resort

by lopuch on 17 Jan 2017 (Friends Traveller)

This Resort it's not worth the money, the rooms are clean, but it is build very poorly, you could hear in your room jumping kids from the other side the hotel, the manager it's absolutely unsympathetic, when you're passing by him, he avoids the eye contact, probably afraid that you'll complain or so, the food in the hotel restaurant it's very poor and overpriced, we were waiting one hour in the room for the driver to pick up are language, and we bearly did not make to are boat, I would rate this ...

Don't come here

by progressnotebook on 16 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

The major problem with this hotel is the management. The hotel appears to be run by a Italian named Vincenzo - and he's a thoroughly unpleasant person to deal with. Most guests come to a hotel like this to relax though having someone like Vincenzo as the manager means that you have to be on guard for lying and cheating. The location has great potential, however the potential is not being used. The beach is indeed private, however it's a small beach shared with 5 other hotels. This means that th...
