Dinner : unsatisfactory service

We went to angel as friends for dinner. Orders were delayed. It took more than 20 Minutes for the orders to arrive. The prawns were bitter and had to be returned back. Staffs are courteous and friendly but food quality and service needs much improvement. Tandoori items were fiery red. Please avoid too much food colours.

I got to stay in angel hotel this dec between 11th -14th .
They have a deciplined and friendly staff .
the Break fast spread is also good .
the room is well kept and clean.
I will recommend this hotel to official Travellers.

The hotel is in the main road, very much near to Railway Station. The service is really good. Food is delicious. Still they try to improve their varieties. Overall experience with this hotel for me is really good.

The hotel is situated on the city center. Very comfortable. Rooms are very good, big. Staffs are polite and ready to help. Food is good. Buffet breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of option for both veg and non-veg.

Stayed at this hotel whilst on business. Arrived in the wee hours of the morning and was taken to a room on the 4th floor. The room smelled dusty and the washrooms was not clean. This is a very dated hotel.
The following morning breakfast was adequate. Went to the onsite gym that was not clean, no air-con. The room service is good and the food above average.
