Roopa Elite , Mysore

I booked a room at the last minute and was able to get a deluxe room (the only one they had available) at a great rate. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. I was also very impressed with the front desk staff. I did not eat at the restaurant so can't comment on the food.

service of front desk (reception) very very poor except suhail he is only one works with responsible i think all other staffs in front desk are iresponsible. very good hotel to stay with family very good food front desk should improve

front desk staff Mr. suhail made my stay very comfortable by attending all the requirements and made check-in/out very comfortable. in house food setup needs massive improvement and way to expensive for this hotel, instead order from Zamoto where you can get better food options for better price point of view.

room is ok but food quantity is not sufficient to that rate. i ordered 1 steam rice and 1 mutton curry but that curry is not enough to eat rice ..need one to order extra one more gravy item..if i compare to le ruchi hotel food section its too costly and not worth to that rate .....

Excellent stay, good food, courteous staff.. overall nice experience. Inginity Swimming pool, rooftop restaurant, spa services at 50% discount, amazing ambience, specious rooms.. what else u want in this cost. Value for money. Wifi we dint use. Alcohol is missing From the hotel n you might need to go out to purchase.
