Having driven from the south of Spain around 1100 Kim we arrived in Sitges and we could not locate the hotel which is on the promenade. We were not informed that cars are allowed on the promenade for access - great start. Hotel is in a prime location with excellent staff. Hats about it, the room was dirty, especially under the bed and condensation fungus around the bath shower. Balcony doors didn't close and the noise horrendous - that was in the hotel at night. We complained only to be told sor...

We stayed here at the end of October. Hotel didn't appear busy. The hotel is in a great location just across from the beach. The pool is very small and doesn't get sun all day,and at this time of year it had sun for only a short time,by 2pm the sun had gone, we just moved across the promenade and sat on the beach. We had a nice welcome from check in staff, the girl told us where to park the car, the hotel does have an underground car park it is very tight getting your car I and out, and there is...

We stayed here as part of a group in October. The hotel itself is average although the toilet seat was chipped and there was obviously a problem with the WC plumbing as we could hear water running continously. No privacy on balcony. Room and staff were ok BUT the food was truly awful. Breakfasts were adequate if the hotel was quiet but if it was busy they ran out of food and it wasn't replaced! The evening meal was often inedible, inadequate and cold. I don't consider a small scoop of averag...
Terrible breakfast, noisy
by Ben H on 01 Nov 2016 (Business Traveller)
Stayed here with work. The breakfast was terrible, the hotel has no sound insulation what so ever. You can hear people talking in the main strip of restaurants etc and when people walk around their rooms you can hear it as if they are in the room with you. Woke up several times thinking someone had broken into my room. The AC was difficult to use and quite out of date. Wont be staying again and have since requested my work remove them from the approved Hotel list.
Good hotel really poor food

We stayed here for a week as part of a group booking. The Hotel is in a lovely location, staff very friendly and the hotel room we had was very good and comfortable. Breakfasts when only our group in was good, unfortunately when the hotel had more guests they did not have more staff cover and everything ran out including bread and it was not replaced. Then the evening food was awful, we were given little choice which was difficult for vegetarians or those not liking fish, and what we did have ca...
