Several Trains Diverted and Rescheduled by Indian Railways

> The North Central Railway has declared changes in the timings of over 20 trains.

These trains operate on popular routes, like New Delhi–Silchar, Anand Vihar–Ballia, Lucknow–Chennai, Gorakhpur–Yesvantpur and Sealdah–Ajmer. For more details, here’s the official tweet

> The North Eastern Railway has cancelled and short terminated four trains due to non-interlocking work being undertaken at Chopan railway station: 

  • Train no. 15074 Tanakpur–Singrauli Triveni Express will be short terminated at Chopan till 30th May. Consequently, it will be cancelled between Chopan and Singrauli. 
  • Train no. 15076 Tanakpur–Shaktinagar Triveni Express will be short terminated at Chopan till 31st May. Consequently, it will be cancelled between Chopan and Shaktinagar. 
  • Train no. 15073 Singrauli–Tanakpur Triveni Express will commence from Chopan instead of Singrauli till 31st May. 
  • Train no. 15075 Shaktinagar–Tanakpur Triveni Express will commence from Chopan instead of Shaktinagar till 1st June. 

> The Southern Railway has announced partial cancellation, diversion and rescheduling of many trains.

This is because maintenance work is being undertaken in various sections of the Tiruchirappalli Division. These trains cover popular cities including Mayiladuthurai, Tiruchirappalli, Madurai, Chennai, and Guruvayur.
