Great location, really helpful staff and big clean room

by Gill M on 27 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

We arrived quite late and were upgraded to an executive suite, which was spacious and clean. The staff were really helpful and the breakfast and evening drinks a great bonus. Would recommend this holt to anyone.

Comfortable oasis in a central location

by Paul W on 26 Jan 2017 (Business Traveller)

Just a stones throw from Roma Street station and right next door to Brisbane's excellent bus network, this is a great place to stay for business or family. High quality rooms, great furnishing and bathroom facilities aware, as you would expect from a premium hotel. Check in is a mixed experienced, but I put this down to new staff rather than something more serious. Platinum Accor members get lounge access for drinks and canapés in the evening and a free buffet breakfast in the morning. Hold o...

Perfect for our 3 day course in Brisbane

by JROBBO_11 on 25 Jan 2017 (Couple Traveller)

Here you just pull up at reception, hand over your keys, and walk inside - and you can let them know in advance what time you need the car next, or just ring to order it when you do!). The head concierge in...

Good but not a true 5 Star hotel

by anthj on 25 Jan 2017 (Family Traveller)

Overall enjoyed my stay. I was upgraded to a executive floor room upon arrival with lounge access which was nice. Received fruit plate and free bottles of water in the room as a Accor platinum member. The room is of good size with simple clean decoration, just like your typical business hotel, although the bathroom is a bit dated but still in clean condition. The hotel is a part of a joint complex with a Mercure hotel occupying another building and both hotels share the lobby/restaurants/bar and...
