Tulips Elkhill Resorts , Ooty

As part of our team meeting we took rooms in this hotel...it was a pathetic experience that no proper cleaning and maintenance of room there.Staff where too arrogant and adamant..totally not a customer friendly atmosphere..seriously disappointed.Not provided drinking water properly.. we girls realy suffered due to lack of water in our bathroom...please don't choose this hotel....

Worst experience with this stay. Unclean toilets and rooms. Only the view from the resort was good, else dissatisfied with the food and service. Even the towels were not changed. It's not worth for the money paid.

We have visited tulip resorts recently, had very very bad experiences with resort owner. No Room Cleaning. Worst food and restaurant. Poor management and maintenance of the property. No hot watter, arrogant manager arrogent service. No towwels.

We have taken this resort for our team meeting. Taken 7 Rooms. Thr Rooms are not at all clean. Bathroom :: Public Toilet is better No Hot water : Ooty temp. Is 10 degree Staff : Arrogant and Rude And.. The Price of food is Sky High. God sake, Please don't even look in to its guys.

The location of the hotel was too good. The view point was awesome. Had a great time there. The front desk staffs were so kind, they helped in each and every way to make this trip a pleasant one. Food was also good in taste. One of the best place to stay.
