Holiday

A great place to stay. We stayed two nights and loved it.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Centrally located.
Tuk Tuk at the front gate.
Lots of places to eat around.
But Molly’s cooking is fantastic.
Roy and Molly made us feel right at home, nothing was to much trouble.
Roy has some great stories to tell.
The house is a story itself.
Highly recommend staying here.
We hope to be back.
Home away from home

I spent 5 days at this wonderfully charming and hospitable home and was made to feel completely welcome and well-cared-for. Colonel Roy Kuncheria is a gallant gentleman whose manners recall a bygone era. As a solo female traveller, I felt totally safe here and Col. Hospitality and Heritage at its Finest

Beautiful historical colonial property, right in the center of town with a lovely garden. The owner and his cook greeted us with tea and made us a wonderful lunch, as we were leaving the next morning before breakfast. Lovely to hear about the owners family history in the house and our room in the main house was large and very comfortable. Warm shower and fast wifi hotspot. Highly recommend!
Great homely stay - highly recommanded

Small home stay place, comfortable and clean, in a 200 years heritage house with an amazing story behaind it.
Just ask Roy to tell you the story and you will be fascinated.
Freshly cooked breakfest every morning, with local food, at your request.
Roy will help you to plan and answer any question you might have with warm and open hart.
And don't miss Roy's amazing stories before going to sleep. He is an amazing story teller.
We enjoyed this stay a lot.
Worst place ever

Probably the worst place to stay ( and I am used and aficionada of India), I ended with a broken vertebrate because they do not clean. I slipped on a plate of fat in an alley of the garden and could not even get up as the floor was greasy.
Result : end of the holiday , medical repatriation and three month of orthopedic brace.
And the owner insisted that I pay before going to the hospital!
Plus, being very closed to one of the main road, it is awfully noisy.
Last but not least, there is two v...
