Terms and Conditions

By opting for or purchasing Visa Rejection Protection, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Plan Validity: This protection is valid only for flights booked on ixigo.

Age & Nationality: Only Indian residents are eligible. The insured person must be below 80 years of age at the time of booking.

Claim Conditions: The customer must cancel the flight ticket at least 24 hours prior to the departure time. The claim will be honored only if the visa is officially rejected and valid documentary proof is submitted. In case of multi-passenger bookings, the refund will be processed only for the passengers whose visa has been rejected.

Exclusions: Claims made for cancellations due to reasons other than visa rejection will not be entertained under this protection. Any claim not supported by the official visa rejection document will be considered invalid.

Governing Policy: This protection is governed by the terms, conditions, and exclusions of the Reliance Travel Cancellation Insurance Policy.

Filing a Claim: Cancel the flight through ixigo at least 24 hours in advance. Submit the visa rejection document and other required information. Claims are subject to review and approval by Reliance General Insurance.
