- •2 recent passport-size photographs (white background, 35×45 mm)
- •Completed visa application form (obtain from embassy or VFS/BLS centre)
- •Confirmed return / onward flight bookings
- •Hotel / accommodation reservations or invitation letter from host
- •Bank statements for last 3–6 months (sufficient funds for duration of stay)
- •Salary slips / income proof for last 3 months
- •Employment letter with approved leave dates (or business registration if self-employed)
- •Income Tax Returns for last 2 years
- •Cover letter stating purpose of visit and itinerary
- •Travel insurance (recommended)
