Westwood Residence , goa

I have visited this hotel on 13th Dec 2018, Overall good stay and value for Money. Pros: -value for money. -1 BHK with bed, sofa, table, wifi etc. - properly ventilated, 4 balconies. -location is centralized in north goa, i.e. most of the beaches, fort, casinos are within 30 min. - staff is courteous - swimming pool (6ft). Pros: 1. A decent place with nice comfortable rooms, kitchen and balconies. 2. Greenery all around and absolute silence at night. 3. Affordable rates for rooms and very much worth the money spent. 4. Location is such that, most of the beaches of North Goa as well as Casinos are easily accessible, if one takes a two-wheeler. 5. A swimming pool, if one wants to relax at the hotel. 6. Location and property is quite good. The staff is with non supportive attitude and shear arrogance. It seems the word Hospitality is not even known to them. Drinking water in the rooms were not available. The rooms were good but with sultriness inside. Even before check-in all the amount has been asked and that is also by CASH only. No receipts or particulars have been shared.

The rooms are clean and beautiful sight from all the room food quality is also excellent and a slight free area and easy access to all the destination without traffic. I really appreciate the staffs which make us think Westwood only in Goa no other choice .... Wether ur with family too
