However, travellers from Kerala have to carry a negative RT-PCR report, irrespective of their vaccination status. Students and employees from the state will have to undergo five days of institutional quarantine, while all the other travellers will have to undergo five days of home quarantine

Fully vaccinated travellers are exempt from carrying a negative RT-PCR report or undergoing on-arrival testing. Unvaccinated or partially vaccinated (single dose) travellers must carry a negative RT-PCR report of a test done within 72 hours of arrival or undergo a test on arrival.

Kerala

Travel guidelines: All travellers and tourists must register online to generate an e-pass. 

All incoming travellers must carry a vaccination certificate (two doses) or a negative RT-PCR report of a test done within 72 hours of arrival.

People without a vaccination certificate/negative report will have to undergo a test on arrival. Those who don’t wish to undergo the test will have to undergo a mandatory 14-day home quarantine.
