Acron Waterfront Resort

Wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious. The outdoor pool area is lovely with enough sunbeds. The breakfast was good. The staff are wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time and we highly recommend anyone to stay here.

I booked this place for an event from 30th to 31st Jan 2026. Starting from managing and coordinating things with Scarlet, to getting there with absolute comfort was a smooth process. The staff at the hotel was very supportive, cooperated with us all throughout in anything we wanted. The food was tasty which made the event more eventful. They arranged everything for us with so much ease, all the members who attended these two days of stay only praised the hotel and staff. And their cake which we customised was the tastiest fruit cake I had in Goa. Overall, kudos to Acron.

I was extremely impressed with the way the hotel is maintained. The swimming pool with a jacuzzi is a wonderful addition that enhances the stay experience. The housekeeping staff deserve special appreciation for their dedication in keeping everything spotless and well-organized. Although the buffet offers limited options, each dish is delicious and well-prepared. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.A little bit costly for the category of hotel.

This is my first time writing a review, but my experience made it necessary.I had booked Acron Water Resort from 12th Jan to 16th Jan and paid for 4 days, yet I checked out within just one day because of the overall experience.The biggest concern was the staff behaviour. From the time we arrived, the staff was rude, uncooperative, and unwilling to listen or resolve concerns. It genuinely felt like we were disturbing them rather than being welcomed as paying guests.Even after paying for 4 days, when I decided to leave early, there was no effort to understand what went wrong. I understand that refunds may not always be possible, but basic hospitality, polite communication, and respectful behaviour should never be optional.Another major issue was food, especially for Jain guests. We are Jain, and there were very limited Jain options available for breakfast, with no flexibility or effort from the staff to accommodate dietary requirements. This made the stay even more inconvenient, especially when staying with family.Additionally, there was poor service and maintenance, along with a mosquito problem and unpleasant smell outside the rooms. The quality of breakfast and dinner was below average overall.I checked out the very next day and shifted to Key Ronil’s Resort, where the experience was completely opposite. The staff was polite, smiling, and made us feel comfortable from the start. The complimentary breakfast had many options, and they were happy to help. When I requested food packing for my train journey, everything was packed properly without any hesitation.To be clear, I have no personal issue with the property itself, but the non-cooperative staff behaviour, lack of Jain food options, poor service, and absence of basic hospitality forced me to leave despite paying for a longer stay.I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff training, guest handling, and food arrangements in the future.

Acron Waterfront Resort offers a serene atmosphere with a great location near Baga Beach. The rooms are spacious, spotless, and offer excellent value for money. The attentive staff provides superb service, and the top-notch amenities, especially the infinity pool and spa, make for a truly memorable and relaxing stay.
