I had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. I had specifically booked a garden view room, but I was not given one and was instead assigned a different room without any proper explanation.The room itself was in poor condition. The geyser was not working, the TV was not functioning, and the balcony was extremely dirty with cigarette waste left behind. Cleanliness was clearly not maintained.The service and hospitality were equally disappointing. The staff was not cooperative at all. I had ordered milk for my child, and it took almost two hours to be delivered, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the WiFi was not working, and there was barely any network coverage, which made the stay even more inconvenient—especially considering this is supposed to be a premium property.For a room priced around 10,000, the experience was nowhere close to what one would expect, even from a 4-star hotel. Overall, the service, maintenance, and hospitality were very poor.I would not recommend staying here. It was honestly a very bad experience.
I stayed for a night with my family and can say it was a good staycation place. Location was good, we were surrounded by trees everywhere. Had good food, played TT and enjoyed the pool in the morning. The last 1-2 km to the property is kind of little difficult but nothing that should stop you.
This was one of my worst stay provided by ONGC (Ongcians please stay away from this hotel at all cost)! Because of the service ,I can say that I was forced to stay in this hotel. They don’t even have half of the foods in the menu they just present excuse that we will try to bring but you can order this. Fish was the worst as if it had been frozen for weeks. They don’t care about customer but are always trying to make money back of customer. I asked to arrange pick up & drop from IDT Dehradun and they charged 2100/day per person for a simple 4 seater that too always late. I could have booked Ola and reached earlier. And one day I was 30 min late they charged waiting time cost. Wow! How about compensating me for being always late?
