An absolutely wonderful experience! The team was very friendly, professional, and paid close attention to every detail. Everything went smoothly, and the quality went far beyond what I expected. Such consistent service is hard to come by these days. I strongly recommend them and will surely come back! The facilities were clean, prices reasonable, and communication was excellent.

The location is convenient. However, the rooms are poor. The bathrooms are infested with cockroaches. Hot water supply is minimal, barely a trickle. There is a musty odor in every room. The floors in all rooms are damp with moisture. We stayed in three rooms from August 2 to August 3, 2026: Room 203 facing the valley, and rooms 212 and 209. The balconies are unclean. The air conditioning in room 203 was completely non-functional. The staff was unhelpful in changing rooms or resolving issues. The front office manager, Mr. Narottam, was especially uncooperative. The food and beverage staff were polite, and the food quality was above average. Mr. Abhishek at the front office was friendly but lacked authority because of Mr. Narottam's attitude and behavior. I would advise avoiding this hotel.
