experiences I have ever had — Deepshikha Hotel.I booked this property through Agoda, expecting a decent stay, especially considering the amount they charge. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing from the moment we arrived.The lady sitting at the reception was extremely rude and had a very high-handed attitude. Regardless of whether she is the owner or staff, guests deserve to be welcomed and treated with basic courtesy and respect.The rooms are very small, poorly maintained and have an unpleasant smell. The cleanliness was also a major concern. The bedsheet provided to us was torn and had visible hair on it, which is completely unacceptable in a hotel. I am also sharing photographs of the property so that people can see the actual condition for themselves.The walls had dampness and tobacco stains/spits, which made the overall appearance and hygiene even worse. The property looks poorly maintained and certainly does not justify the high prices being charged.The food was also very disappointing, and the service was practically nonexistent.Honestly, I have stayed at budget/OYO properties that were maintained much better than this. My advice to other travellers is please look carefully at recent reviews and actual photographs before booking this property instead of relying only on the ratings displayed online.Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this property based on my stay.

1.Hotel amenities are not up to mark. Geyser is not functional.2.After booking Deluxe room ,it is not expected poor service3.Water supply stopped at mid night.After complaint,it resume at 6am4.No Electric kattle and glasses supplied.

1. The hotel facilities are below expectations. The geyser does not work. 2. Poor service is not what one expects after reserving a Deluxe room. 3. Water supply was cut off during the night and only resumed at 6 am after lodging a complaint. 4. No electric kettle or glasses were provided.
