My 2 days staying was beautiful, location is awesome, staffs were very caring.

I stayed at Deepshikha Hotel for the second time because the location and staff were very good, but there are also many shortcomings here. For example, in the room you don’t get water bottles, toiletries, or even towels. There is not even a basic kettle or coffee pouches.Despite all these shortcomings, I still chose to stay here again with my family on 11/12/2025 for 4 days with breakfast. Earlier, there used to be only one boy at the reception, and we never had any communication problems with him. But this time, a new girl has been appointed at the reception who is very rude, has a useless attitude, and extremely irritating behavior.Our booking and all the deal details were handled by the boy who works at the reception in the evening, but in the morning this girl is present. It seems like she is working in the hotel industry for the first time and has no idea how to talk to clients. She keeps arguing directly with clients. If she has any confusion, instead of discussing it internally, she directly calls the client and starts arguing.The next day, when we called for breakfast, she said in a very irritating way that our breakfast was not booked. Before saying anything to a client, she should first talk internally or speak to the person who made the booking. After her confusion was cleared, we ordered breakfast. Then, for the next mornings, whenever this irritating girl was present, she kept saying that if we ordered more than one item, we would have to pay extra for it, and she kept arguing about it.It was a very bad experience. That girl clearly has no knowledge.Very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior.After that, I spoke to the owner, who was very humble and spoke very nicely. He apologized many times on her behalf. However, we checked out immediately without even having our breakfast. Still, that girl had so much ego that she didn’t even say sorry.I would only like to say this to the owner: please do not place such immature people at the reception’people who have neither knowledge nor experience’because they become a problem for themselves and for others as well.
