Basic items like towels, soap, and hand wash were missing, and there was no hot water available. There were also problems with the electricity, adding to the inconvenience. The food was the worst part; we found a large caterpillar in the poha dish, which is unacceptable for hygiene and food safety. Don't be fooled by the attractive photos and views on Google—the hotel looks better online than in reality. Overall, the experience was poor with serious issues in cleanliness, hygiene, facilities, electricity, and food quality. I would not recommend this hotel and advise checking it in person before booking.
