ND MANOR

Very poor service. There was no slippers, no basic toilet kit.Bed sheet was stained, rooms were not clean.U have to keep asking for water and other things.Call bell was not working. Wifi not functional. All in all very poor service.

My stay at ND Manor Hotel, Dehradun was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable.To begin with, the bedsheets were not properly cleaned, which is unacceptable for any hotel. Cleanliness and hygiene were clearly neglected.During winter, when the temperature was around 4??C, the geysers were not working and there was no hot water at all. This made the stay very difficult, especially in such cold weather. Shockingly, instead of fixing the issue, the hotel staff asked for extra charges for a room heater, which should be a basic facility under these conditions.The rooms are poorly maintained, and the service and staff behavior are pathetic. Requests were not handled properly, and there was a complete lack of professionalism and concern for guests’ comfort.Overall, this hotel fails badly in room quality, cleanliness, basic amenities, and customer service. It is not worth the money and I would strongly not recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dehradun.

Very disappointing experience at Hotel ND Manor Dehradun. The rooms were not clean and there was a bad smell in the washroom. Bedsheets and towels looked old and unhygienic. The staff was unresponsive and not helpful at all when we raised our concerns. Room service was extremely slow and basic amenities were missing. Overall the hotel does not justify the price and I would not recommend this place to families or travelers. Definitely not worth staying here.

Horrible Hotel Experience ’ Not Even Basic Standards (Hotel Md Manor ’ Dehradoon):I was allotted a so-called ’3-Star Hotel’ in Dehradun ’Hotel Md Manor’, located outside the city. On reaching the property, I was shocked to see:The place was not a hotel but a banquet hall.The property was under repair and maintenance, Worst room interiors, Bathroom lock broken from inside, Tap fittings broken, Safe locker damaged, TV and Wi-Fi not working, Extremely poor quality bed and mattress (unacceptable even for budget hotels) This was nowhere close to a 3-star standard, especially in a city like Dehradun.After so many complaints - Room change was done very late at night and No hotel staff assisted us in shifting luggage,We had to move everything ourselves after multiple calls and requests, This level of negligence, especially when traveling with family, is completely unacceptable.

I have not stayed here. I went for enquiry. For any emergency stay this hotel is fine. What I did not like is its location. There is no option for any outdoor activity for kids here. There is not even a small garden. The location is also not very scenic. The rooms are of small size (and will cost around 2000) and the corridor is very narrow. I had the feeling of being in a constricted space. I have no idea about the quality of room service and the food.
