I booked a room at this property through Agoda, considering it a trusted platform. Unfortunately, this has been one of my worst hotel experiences.We are two adults staying as a couple, and the room was extremely dirty. There were insects and spiders inside the room, and the overall condition of the property was very poor. The property looked more like an abandoned place than a proper hotel.I strongly request Agoda to inspect this property before listing or continuing to list it on the platform. There are serious cleanliness, maintenance, and safety concerns that should be addressed immediately.I hope Agoda takes this complaint seriously and investigates the property so that other guests do not face the same experience. We have decided to check out of the property due to serious safety and cleanliness concerns. Although the room price was low, what is the value of a low-priced room if the guest cannot stay comfortably or feels unsafe?Price should never come at the cost of basic cleanliness, comfort, and safety. As guests, we expect at least a clean and safe room, regardless of the tariff.We request Agoda to please review and inspect this property before recommending it to other guests.
